Is God Calling You?

There are many ministries whose main need is people. We seek to bring together multi-cultural teams made up of people from both inside and outside of Europe. We are looking for those who share our passion to see refugees come to Christ.

We build bridges between people and organizations

We have built up partnerships with various mission organizations so that we can help connect someone who is seeking to serve with an organization that can help place them in ministry.

The truth is, each location someone serves in has its own unique requirements and hurdles. By working together, we can help make sure that new workers can enter the harvest field no matter where it is God has called them.

We are creating new pathways so anyone can serve no matter where they are from

Traditionally, mission agencies have mostly been sent from the West to the rest, but in today’s world, we need to be sending people from anywhere to everywhere. HowWillTheyHear has been working with our partners to help shift this paradigm and open up opportunities.

We are especially looking for people who share a common cultural background as the refugees. There are already people we have helped come to Europe from Arabic and Farsi speaking cultures. If you are feeling God’s call, do not feel disqualified because you are not from a country that historically missionaries have come from. God is calling all to come and help build his kingdom.

Sharing Your Time

While many ministries are looking for people who can commit to several years at a time, sometimes all they need is someone who can come for a few weeks.
Sharing Your Love

Some of our partners work directly in the refugee camps found throughout Europe. They need people to help share Christ’s love in these communities.
Sharing Your Knowledge

Many ministries help refugees acclimate to their new country, this can include language learning as well as how to navigate the new culture they find themsleves in.
Sharing Your Expertise

Often, there is a need for people who specialize in different areas. This includes everything from medical to media to mentoring.
Sharing Your Service

The most important thing we need are people who are just willing to serve. People who are willing to do whatever it is that the Lord calls them to do.
Sharing Your Life

We need people who will follow Paul’s example from 1 Thessalonians 2:8 when he says, “we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves.”
