Greece (Athens)
Preferably Winter 2018/19
Two weeks
4-6 people

Four small refugee camps lie close together on the edge of Athens; one for Syrian families, another for Afghans, and two camps for Kurds.

A local church has developed a four-stage program of support for the refugees, providing necessary daily care, as well as training in computer use, language tutoring, and counselling and emotional support. The ‘Home Spot’ centre also offers warm drinks and a safe environment to relax.

If you are able to work in a team and want to help refugees as they start to rebuild their lives by offering hospitality and dignity to those who pass through our doors, please get in contact.
